...fascinating reading...Almost as good as a holiday itself, this is a must for fans of real Italian food.
This guide seems to be rather handy, I'm off to Puglia on tuesday ( volcano permitting )for a week and as a resturant guide it looks very good. However, I can't help but think that I've just spent £20 buying a book that advertises resturants when perhaps I might have had more fun wandering around discovering places to eat myself. I am however a keen cook and have earmarked lots of the recipies to try so from that point of view it's a winner for me.
