Product Description

Product Description

Haiku is an ancient form of micro-poetry, which originated in Japan. These haiku are very much of the 21st century, but also have a timeless quality. Paul Judges is based in Yorkshire, England. He has also published books as Joe Hebden (because of a passion for the Hebden Bridge area of Yorkshire).

Very enjoyable 11 Oct 2011
Format:Paperback
This is haiku with a contemporary twist, but still covering the ancient themes of love, nature and beauty with finely balanced words. The final, simple piece expresses the sadness of a wasted life that could have achieved so much more - the recent sad death of Amy Winehouse. But above all there is a genuine feel for love and the natural world in this lovely book.
