This phone has made a huge difference to the elderly lady we got it for. It has literally given her a new lease of life after a long period of being cut off during to seriously failing hearing and sight. She is simply over the moon with this product that has made such a difference. It was very simple to set up and use and the volume is very powerful indeed should you need it. Overall, a great choice.

After buying 3 phones, all sold as "Hands Free " & all 3 being of little use, i purchased the Power Tel 49 Phone.
It was just what i required, the Hands Free, rates as 10/10, the speaker is brilliant, just press the Speaker Button & away you go,talk & continue to work away, ( or do your knitting) I would recommend this as a Good Buy for any age.
