Amphis Customer is a Contacts, Quotes, Invoicing and CRM software package designed to be really easy to use.

Customer details and documents are stored in a central client database for easy access.
Invoices are tracked and payment reminders can be created at the click of a button. Documents can be printed or emailed, including emailing as PDF files.
Reminders help you to get organized and a Today view shows who you should be calling, what invoices are due to be paid, quotes you need to create etc.
Supplier details and invoices can be stored and reminders set up to pay those invoices.
Integration with Outlook enables you to store customer emails within Amphis Customer and easily send emails and replies using standard templates.
Customer notes, payments, emails, files and documents are all held in a central location.
Powerful search facilities enable you to search by business name, first name, last name, address, email address, phone number, document number, or history words or any combination of the above.
Custom fields can be used to store data specific to your business. There are many built-in reports and you can create your own custom reports to provide the information your business needs.
