Product Description

A journalist (Tony Roberts) moves to Long Island's least desirable residence, even though he is aware of its haunted history. Initially treating the stories with scepticism, he becomes less sure of himself upon discovery of a feature not mentioned in the estate agent's brochure: an abandoned well that doubles as a portal to hell.

They really need to check the 3D actually works on a TV screen before issuing a disc like this.

In most scenes the 3D is out of focus.

Not as good as some of the other 3D films i have seen on DVD.

Saw this movie years ago at the cinema, great in 3-D
Not good at home on this DVD no where near the same effect
as the cinema.
Advise see as normal & great film too !

Amityville 3D was never released on VHS or DVD in the 3D version (except in the UK), despite its title. Amityville 3: The Demon, is the same exact movie.

Very poor 3d quality, the worst I have purchased. Still try it every now and again to see if I can refocus my eyes to create the 3d image. I am now completely cross eyed. Will try and sue manufacturer.

It's a pretty entertaining movie, this edition in particular is the best one to get as it features both the 3D and 2D versions. It also features lobby cards, a booklet with a lot of info and an outer slipcase which gives it an expensive fancy look. The 3D version mainly doesn't work like most 3D DVDs however it does have its moments like the part with the flies seemed to come out the screen pretty well. If you want Amityville 3 I recommend you get this one as it's the best edition out there.

been a fan of amityville since i first seen it when i was about 10 years old lolz...

amitville 2 is by far the best one, and then number 4, but Ive always liked number 3, it had good creepy music and atmostphere, there just wasnt enough scares going on, although what was presented was great, there needed to be more of it...

not as boring as the first amityville, and by calling it amityville3 the demon, i would expect to see more of this demon and not 5 seconds of it at the end...

the 3d is pretty bad to watch so i snapped the disc and threw it away, and just watch the normal film...

This movie is the 3rd in the series and has not to ruin the plot starts well. In fact its quite compelling and haunting to begin with. However the ending goes left field and over the top. This spoilt it for me. The dvd itself is well presented and has lots of bonus materials including film still postcards.
Overall not bad worth a look.
