The breastpump fits any standard bottle or freezer bag. Enjoy a CustomFit Flange System; if the standard size flange (25.0 mm) included with the One-Hand Breastpump is too large or too small, six other flanges sizes are available for a good fit at first and later as your body changes (available separately from selected retailers). All parts in contact with breast milk are BPA and DEHP free. I have the automatic Medela, but kept this one with me at all times when away from baby. It is simple, small, and IT WORKS! You can determine the 'squeeze' and I found that sometimes if I just kept holding it half squeezed, it would allow for a longer continuous flow and so made pumping faster than with other manual pumps.

I've tried the Gerber and Medela manual hand pumps, but this one is by far the fastest, easiest, and most compact pump out there. The one handed operation lets me pump while nursing, taking advantage of my let down with my baby. It looks cheap, but it it works great. I also have an electric pump, but I keep this in my diaper bag to help relieve engorgement and to pump when I am traveling.

This little pump is amazing. It allows me to pump much faster than the Ameda Purely Yours, and it's so convenient to use. It really does fit into my purse, and the clean-up is a cinch. I no longer use an electric pump since this one is so much easier and actually much faster!
