Will cool a medium-sized room very well.

Not that powerfull
Extractor pipe is woefully short (1.5m) wouldn't reach my small top window.
Plastic knob that adjusts angle of airstream broke off straight away.
Noisey (leave it on for an hour or 2 before bedtime instead)
Not as light as you would think, unless you are used to carrying air-con units.

i bought one of these few weeks ago. its great easy to use and set up. on wheels so great so move round the home.
quite noisey if u are a light sleeper but i tend to put mine on before goin to bed then the rooms cooled right down. just wht u need for the summer.

Mis-sold the old model, instead of the one advertised. Noisy, even on a carpeted floor - can be heard throughout the rest of the house, especially when the compressor starts up. Runs very hot, so needs to be moved to another room when switched off, or it acts as a heater! In use it is adequate, but can't reduce the temperature by more than a few Centigrade degrees.
