Good cheap batteries,

These batteries are good for everyday low power usage items, clocks, remote controls, wireless mice, keyboards etc.For more power hungry uses, digital camera's, remote control cars and the like I would probably give these a miss and just purchase some rechargable batteries as its likely to be cheaper in the long run (and better for the environment) The packaging was hassle free and easy to open.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Programme (What's this?)
Amazon enter the fast paced, dangerous world of triple AAA batteries, a world where only the longest lasting and cheapest surviving. This pack of twenty will last me quite some time. I have used three in a set of portable speakers which I use for my car- this device drains the juice at an average to high rate and I was expecting these batteries to fair worse than my standard duracels. However, Amazon's bad boys seem to perform just as well and go around an equal distance. I've used another two in remote control for TV and they are still going strong. So, you shouldn't need to worry about how long they last- at least Amazon have got that right. The price though, as others have commented on, isn't great, though that depends on where you buy from. I generally wait to buy large sets of batteries when there is some offer on, like buy one get one free packs, or 24 for the price of 16 etc. I wouldn't say these are too expensive, but they are certainly over-priced compared to the main brands. If these are to marketed as genuine competitors then the price needs to drop. Plus they are pretty ugly. I think a re-design would be called for as they appear cheap- and the first thing I do when I see batteries that look cheap is laugh, then go and buy a decent brand. If they look cheap, chances are they will last about five minutes in a remote control or baby toy. Not the case here, but if I saw them in a shop I would walk on by. Or a website.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Programme (What's this?)
These batteries are annoying from the onset, as they come in tricky packaging with a lot of waste once you get them out. They look cheap, in a supermarket own-brand sort of way, and that's never encouraging. They actually seem to work fine and for a reasonable amount of time, I would guess they last for a length somewhere in between very cheap pound shop batteries, and the more expensive Duracell etc. However, their pricing does not go in their favour. You can easily pick up the expensive brands for the same price as these if you wait for them to come on offer in supermarkets etc. As such, I would be inclined to do so rather than to buy these.
