It seems surprising that Amazon are not trying to match most of the retailers who are selling this for around £27, they really seem to be dragging their feet about lowering the price

And the price has gone back up from £29 to £34.99

For those who live in the UK you can get it from Sainsbury's Entertainment for £22.39 with a 20% discount code 'SEGCON12'

Apparently I can't use that code, so it's £27.99

Well that was last week, it's probably expired by now. You have to be quick to get these deals. Some other site cut it down to £21.99 but I missed that.

Thanks for the info Robert, I ordered mine from Sainsbos last week, no problem. Now I have to pray to the titans that I get a reasonable delivery date.... still it can't be worse than when I ordered Cata with Amazon last time around - it was 3 days late (through Indigo starfish on Jersey who posted it out on launch day) - so I'm glad Amazon haven't got a cheap price or else I would have had to go through it all again to save a few pennies!

I ordered Cata last time through amazon and it took quite a while arriving. So I just bought a digital copy so I could send back my real one. I just didn't send back my real one, oh well...

100's of dvd's (and many many other items) are cheaper on other sites including Sainsburys / Tesco entertainment, BBC shop and even HMV - days are gone when amazon is first on price .... removes amazon as a 1st choice supplier for almost anything now

Was quite surprised that after a year it's still £25 and not just at amazon but all the others mentioned here like Sainsbury & Tesco etc. Just picked it up from for £17.25.

I wouldn't be surprised if the price went up a bit what with the next expansion being announced this week. Everything up until cataclysm I believe is now bundled for people beginning to play. The most recent expansion will also be necessary to play whatever is coming up so I guess its more of an incentive for people to buy thus retailers up the price accordingly. Maybe I'm just being cynical.
