If you only want one supplement, this should be it!

I was led to Maca several years ago when I was experiencing chronic fatigue, and looking for a completely natural, simple supplement to try to combat it. I became very interested after reading all of the positive literature--(there's tons more on it now, too)-- and decided to try it out. I started with the powder capsules found at my local health food store (often found in Men's Health due to its positive effect on libido-- the reasons for this are interesting. Read up!).
The results were immediate! I had energy again, and not the jittery type I'd felt with caffeine heavy products. After a few weeks, I had significantly more overall stamina, and wasn't half as stressed by little things that had been getting to me when I had less energy to work through the day. Maca just seems to make me feel healthier, both in body and mind.
I began recommending this to family and friends, all of whom had positive things to say about their results.
I have since tried the powder in shakes and smoothies, and I like that very much since you have the added fiber benefit. But when I'm on-the-go, I like the ease and quickness of a few droppers of extract in a little bit of water. Not the best tasting version, but I'm so used to it, I kindof look forward to it. In a little juice, you hardly know it's there.
I recommend Maca because it is a single ingredient, natural, relatively unprocessed supplement that has too many benefits to name, but most important to me is that it gave me enduring energy with no side-effects.

This stuff is truly amazing. I miss the fiber from the powders, but this stuff is amazing. Both me and hubby take it, and feel so much better since we've been using it. Another big plus too, is I am not gaining weight so much on this extract, where the powders were packing on the pounds, all over my butt, boobs and belly, and I simply could not have that. I think with powders, its all about what you mix them with, and if not careful, you can mix a recipe for disastrous weight gain, if not careful.
