I found this a really useful book, well laid out and not too complicated.
I like the "super anti-ageing day" section, it brings together all the information in the book. This book covers all aspects; physical and emotional. The resources section is useful, and one of the things I really liked was that I sent an e mail to the author with a query and she replied promptly with a useful reply. This makes the book, and the information in it, more personal somehow. I really like this book, and have incorporated some of it into my life, and plan to do more.
