I purchased this strap to wear with a low back dress to a party, it definitely serves its purpose. I would say though unless your dress is loose you cant wear this with a bodycon as it kind of gives you the look of a meat joint and digs in your skin making you have several mini muffin tops. Its ok if you are a size zero but for your average vivacious lady it can only be worn under a flowing/loose dress ( Im a size 12 )also it would only be suitable for thin bra straps that go across you back as it only has 1 hook.

I bought this for an open back bodycon dress. I am a size 12 and it worked perfectly for me. I do agree with the other review it could leave unsightly lumps I have a muscly back so was not a problem for me. I tucked the front strap right up to my bra it would have shown if I had kept it on my waist. With a little adjustment from my friends it looked great.
