This was enjoyed by my children and I in the 80's, we are now appreciating it again. Ralph McTell has a glorious voice, humorous lyrics and is a great taste of nostalgia yet modern enough for today's children.

My children had this on a cassette 20 years ago when they were small; they loved it at once, and now that my original cassette is almost un-playable through much use I have bought the CD to introduce this little gem to my 3-year-old granddaughter. I'd recommend it to kids, Mums and Dads and grandparents too!

I sang many of these songs with school pupils of mine in the past and they loved them. But as an adult I still find them humourous and quirky and they get more entertaining the more you listen. Brilliant collection - and now its pretty complete compared with my old, worn out (and somewhat abridged) audio tape.
Great voice, great humour for all the family.
