...The result is a practical book that fits amongst the top business books, and I hope that Wiley will be able to put the needed marketing efforts behind it to turn this masterwork into a bestseller.
It's fully applicable by anyone leading an organization, so that doesn't leave many excuses for not being a good leader...
This book interestingly challenges some our assumptions about good and bad leadership. I particularly liked the Ready Fire Aim section which is a complete challenge to the received wisdom on planning. A book you can dip into which features an ecletic mix of guidance drawn from many sources.
I found it very useful
