This book is a clear explanation of the history of herbal medicine, how the plant and it's structure works, what areas of the body it works on and the common problems helped by Aloe Vera. Its written by a GP who has done considerable research into Aloe Vera and gives case studies and examples. Its easy to understand and quite addictive to read as you hear about the success in different cases and the research that is still happening.

I used an Aloe Vera body cream when one of my granddaughters got badly sun burnt. Instead of her suffering for weeks the Alow Cream helped the heeling process with in days. The book Aloe Vera The medicine Plant gives a very detailed report on the uses for this product. It is now a regulare item in my cupbpoard.

I Found this book very good, full of information on The Medicine Plant Eloe Vera, covering many ailments that it can help with pictures I am now taking Eloe Vera Gell for my Diverticulitus i do not find it taists that nice but am convinced its good stuff you will not be disapointed in its information and not complicated .
