My 10 month old has a dairy allergy and is not a big fan of Soy so we use almond milk. We are currently living in NY and going home to Ireland for a couple of weeks, my family looked around but was unable to find the milk so i decided to order on-line for delivery.
OneClick Pharmacy have proveded the absolute worst customer service I have ever had using amazon. I ordered 5 cartons and it took weeks! but eventually 2 litre cartins were delivered, we recieved no call or explanation as to the missing 3, i called from NY to UK and was advised it was a clicking error (ironic) so i asked why did they not call me, no answer so they said they had no idea when the next cartons would be available and did i just want a refund? as we were not flying for over a week i took the chance that it would delivered while we were there.
A couple of days later 2 putrified burst cartons were delivered, again i called from NY, they had no idea what had happed or where the 5th carton was. Given the time difference, my parents had binned the disgusting mess and OneClick reluctantly offered me a refund as i did not have photo evidence of the burst cartons!!!
I explained that we were really disappointed as i am travelling on Sunday on my own with a baby, the last thing i wanted to do was carrying milk from NY. They made no real apology or provided any solution, such as expressing the milk by courier for the inconvenience.
I would NEVER recommend this provider and I am really surprised amazon are aligned to them.
