Product Description

These pillows were due for delivery to Rosebys but they went into administration and hence this low low price. These are made from high density memory foam clusters which provide firm support for your neck and head. The clusters are then encased in a 1.5cms thick memory foam layer which adds a softer texture. The 3rd layer is a fine anti wear cotton mesh which prevents friction wear from head movement. Finally a washable zippered cover treated with "ULTRAFRESH" finishes off this unique item. No shortcuts have been taken to save money on this product. Please allow 3 days for pillows to air before use. Please note all new memory foam products will have an odour to which some people may be more sensitive to than others. Please take this into account as we will not accept returns based on odour. BEWARE of inferior pillows for sale which may look the same but use very low density foam and thus the pillows provide no support or "memory" effect!!!.

This product arrived vacuum packed looking like two large pancakes rolled together. Upon opening I read the instructions which was to leave in a well ventillated area for a few hours or days until the smell dissapates which in our case took almost a week. It's worth noting the pillow itself only takes a day or so before it's fully re-inflated.

We have both remarked how stiff this product is - it's not uncomfortable but does really hold your head high and only very slowly lowers it slightly. Some may find this sensation odd, and some may find it just wrong having only had standard-filled pillows.

The stiffness has remained since purchase although I suspect an annual renewal will be required (as experts recommend with all pillows anyway).

Overall we're happy with this purchase and would recommend to others.

These took a couple of hours to plump up to full size. They are firm but slowly mould to your head shape. I left them out for 24 hours to 'air' but I didn't notice any particularly strong smell like mentioned by other customers. Once the pillow cases were on, they had no smell at all.

One thing I would say is that they are slightly smaller than a normal pillow and so the cases I use are slightly baggy. Also, sometimes if I have laid on them and really squashed them, they do bulk up again, but they take a bit of plumping back up to get back their rounded shape. This is because the pillow is not a solid memory foam block, but is instead made up of a layer on top of memory foam and then filled with chunks of memory foam.

Saying all of that though, I would still recommend these pillows. I have suffered with back and shoulder pain for many years now and, having had the premoulded memory foam pillows which flattened over time, I have had no pain for many nights now. They are also great for leaning on as they mould to the shape of my back easily and help me keep a good posture.

we bought these along with a memory foam mattress topper and though I love the mattress topper, these have taken more getting used to. They are very firm and I find that even one of these and one normal elevates my head too much and hurts my neck. If you only use one, though, you soon get used to them. I also think they'll be very durable as I've often found that other pillows so go "bumpy" and uneven, whereas these do hold their shape. If you sleep on your front or love very soft pillows these are not for you. My hubby likes firm pillows and sleeps on his back and adores these.

Bought a pair of these from the Linen Depot. The make of the pillow is Homeworks and they really do retail for around £28 each. They seem to be filled with memory foam chunks and take a couple of days to expand out properly after unpacking.
I would normally use 3 traditional pillows but the 2 memory foam ones are ideal.
They take a little getting used to initially, but after about 3 nights use, I would not go back to traditional pillows.
At £28 for the pair including postage, these were a real bargain.

These pillows are the most uncomfortable I have ever tried. Try sleeping with a brick under your head and you will get the same effect. I couldn't bear to use them for any more than one night of disturbed uncomfortable sleep. Its back to Dunlopillo for me.

Bought these pillows after buying two mini memory foam pillows at a festival whilst camping and discovering that they actually made sleeping on a blow-up camp bed comfortable! They don't give you that delicious feeling that sinking into a duck down pillow does, but I cannot deny that after waking up with severe neck pain every single morning for at least 15 years, since sleeping with this pillow my neck pain has disappeared. Most people will find they only need one pillow too so the twin pack is brilliant value for money. I'd say they were definitely worth a try if you suffer from neck pain.

These pillows are great. After having to use 3 pillows to get comfortable enough to get to sleep, then waking up with a crick in the neck every morning, after a month of the memory foam pillows I am having the best sleep I can remember. Bought from Viceroy Bedding the service was fast and at a great price.

I got these pillows with my mattress topper. When they arrived they felt like bricks but I thought follow the instructions and they will be fine. I have never slept on anything so uncomfortable it's like having a brick under my head. A complete waste of money.
