An Older Book with some Practical Recipes 7 Jan 2009
By A. L. Dumas - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This book outlines the Elimination Diet very well. As the above review stated, many recipes do contain oats, but I have found a version of gluten-free oats, Bob's Red Mill brand. Some of the recipes also contain soy, which I am reactive too, but it makes up for it with wonderful recipes that I CAN eat. I'm glad I found this book

very disappointing 8 April 2008
By Pamela I. Negri - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Not sure how this book functions as gluten free since 90% of their recipes have oats!Generally disappointing recipes...
