The item ordered was as described, my partner loves it and finds it very comfortable and warm. The only thing that wasn't in description was that it has a flap at the rear which only velcros up so everytime he sits down it comes undone. But other than that great item :-)

I actually cancelled this order to re-order in a larger size. I have ordered a medium one, which hasn't arrived, and instead the small one has arrived.
Bit annoying really, but I can't be bothered to send it back as it looks an enormous hassle.
My fault really - bit too much to ask of a mail order company to make ordering by mail easy, but hey.
