Markee Anderson's books are all good, but she outdid herself on this one. Aaron is Autistic. He's a charmer. His Mom is battling a bad divorce, when she's forced to put him in a special education class. From there, you can hardly put this book down. There's romance, a loveable child, nastiness in abundance and the milk of human kindness, enough to keep you turning pages to the end.

What would you do for your child? Especially a child with autism. Mom Kelly puts her life completely on hold due to an insane divorce decree from her controlling and crooked ex-husband! When she meets a wonderfully talented teacher at her son's new school, will she be able to stay under her ex-husband's radar and keep her son out of an institution? This book touched home for me as I have a child with autism and I celebrated, cried, and laughed with this book. Well written and a great read that will have you realizing that a mom will do anything for her child!

This is the best book that I have read in a long time. The writer was able to make me become emotionally involved with the characters. There were some teary moments because I could not believe that someone could be so cruel to their own child.
