If you need to know how to plan and run communications programmes that really work, this is the one book you should read. Keep it constantly by your desk. Dip in to the relevant chapter every time you have a project or a problem. The checklists are brilliant and prevent you making any mistakes. This is written by someone who knows and has advised General Motors, General Electric, the European Union, ICI, Phillips, Rolls-Royce and countless other top companies.
