5.0 out of 5 stars Funny and amusing in everyway. 9 Mar 2012

Guy Delisle is a master of "silent" comics. Some of the strips in here are simply laugh out loud funny (which I normally don't do at written material). It has a cute little drawing style and the characters are very relate-able. The topics might be slightly racey for a child, so it is certainly geared towards and young adults and adults. I love the tooth of the paper and the binding as well. The soft color is just enough to fulfill the character. Sound cheesy and overkill to describe the book this way? It is... It is just as good as "Albert and the Others."
1.0 out of 5 stars Disturbing 6 May 2013

Got "Aline and The Others" after reading all Delisle's travelogues which I really liked.
This book (and also "Albert and the Others" which I haven't "read") are wordless strips with dismemberment of body parts, sex, nudity, etc. The stories are quite disturbing.
Will stick with Guy Delisle's travelogues instead.
