Got this for my 11 year old, and was pleasantly surprised to see just how much there is in it. Much better than the usual fact file type of thing, plenty for older kids to get their teeth into. Full of fantastic diagrams, detailed plans of locations from the books, all sorts of spy stuff. He's going to just love it.

I've read all of these teenage books by Horowitz. They are exciting, with great characters and twisting plots, except you know that Alex rider will always win! This mission file is different to the others in the series by being more interactive and not a straight read, I have not tried the cartoon version of these books but could see the reluctant reader wanting to finish them. Well done Anthony and thanks, after reading these I went on to read his other superb books. David rawcliffe

A gift for my 5 year old son. Its rather too old for him and too difficult for him to understand. Although he likes the notes inside the envelopes and images,

the book is good, full of info about the Alex Rider Novel series, however, there is supposed to be a box that comes with this book, or some form of slip case. I only got the book itself. well, for 1 cent, cant complain much about it.

Great books for young people, especially those who are adventure oriented. Not sexy, nothing for a parent to be nervous about here. The character is cool enough without trying to edgy.

Overseas company + no book = A missing Christmas gift for my son.
I would not have ordered if I knew they were overseas. And then they're giving me the run around when I ask for a refund.
