Alex Milway has always enjoyed making up stories and, after leaving art college, he discovered that he liked to write and illustrate them as well. His first novel, The Mousehunter, started life as a short story which, with the help of a big imagination and a pen, pencil and paper, suddenly got a lot bigger. Whilst writing Operation Robot Storm, it was the furry creatures that got bigger, as yetis took over. Consequently, there's been a lot more fur drawn this time round. Alex is a full-time author-illustrator, and works from his home in London.
