This is primarily the result of positioning a genuine 'designer' range of high-quality pans within the lower-priced A di Alessi brand - a move that has made this range very affordable.The pans feature fully-encapsulated bases, internal measuring levels on the interiors and heavy lids to promote good convection cooking. They're also induction-friendly and the beautiful lid handles can be lifted off using one of the supplied utensils.
