TODAY must have been cobbled together from the outtakes of the other Pinto books (MODERNS, etc.) It simply lacked the oomph of the other three books. I sent it right back after skimming it; wouldn't give it shelf space in my library. I find yacht and airplane interior real snores, and if I wanted to see yacht and airplane interiors, I'd buy a book of yacht and airplane interiors. Pinto does nice yachts, I must admit, but even he can't overcome the blatant ostentation of the genre.

I spotted this item at a bookstore this past weekend, and was very impressed with all the gorgeous photos of Pinto's supremely elegant, stylish interiors. The previous reviewer might not have liked it, but I sure did (and while there are some images of yacht and airplane interiors, they do not dominate the book; most of the photos depict private residences). All in all, this book is a treat -- wonderful eye candy! It definitely earns a spot in my library, and I recommend it without reservation.
