Even though this book is not completely up to date,it still has much to offer for Eastenders fans,as it contains many interesting facts about Eastenders and the actors(mostly past)and present that I did not know.

Although I had read these interviews before, some were many years ago and long forgotten so, from the two Forewards, the first interview with June Brown (Dot Cotton), to the last interview with Derek Martin (Derek Slater), and, yes, even the Epilogue - I was totally hooked. In some instances it brought tears to my eyes. I felt as if I had come across a "memoir" of family and friends and was eager to be back into their lives. If you are an EastEnder follower you will love it and, if you have never seen the EastEnders I believe, after reading the book you would want to be introduced to the series.
