Amazon Verified Purchase
Buy this product if you are running Norton Anti Virus or Norton Firewall.
It will pick up the intrusive software that the Norton products fail to recognise, and you can clear down all the unnecessary files stored on disk whilst browsing the internet. I had v2 of this product and it worked well. This version is a bit more configurable in terms of adverts, popups, pop-up windows and recognises more spyware. It really does work, but I also recommend you download and install Spy Bot and adaware from the web. Only with all of these products do you stand a chance of keeping your PC clean of instrusive files and spying programs.
Note that if you do go for it, consider carefully how you apply generic setiings. For example, certain banking and insurance web sites that use pop-up javascript windows will not function unless you specifically make an exception rule for the website. I couldn't figure out why my direct banking would not work on my PC, but would on my wife's. Hence, pay attention to the settings and what your websites are trying to do.
Worth the money for what it is.

Not For Netscape Browsers

For all the great benefits of this product, it does not work on Netscape Browsers, so your ability to police your history of websites visited, your cache, and your cookies does not exist. What a disservice by NOT naming this product "Internet Cleanup for Explorer 3.0"
