It's simple really: it doesn't work.
I heated my soup in the microwave before work as usual (I have been using a 'normal' stainless steel flask - not made by these people - up until now).
I also heated the flask with boiling water.
I sealed my soup in the flask properly.
By lunchtime it was barely warm. Not pleasant.

I have tried several times, heating the soup to boiling, but no difference. Very disappointing.

Bought this product so that our five year old could have some hot food during his lunch hour at school. The lid of the product is very insecure and frequently does not fix appropriately despite all possible efforts.
Hence liquid such as soup and stew leaks. This is too unsafe for our child to take to school.

The lid does not fix to the flask due to a probable floor in the lid.

This is clearly a defective product that is not fit for the purpose that was intended. Avoid this product .
