Received the first one lightning fast (super saver). In eager anticipation, opened up the Antec nine hundred two, peeled off the sticky pad covers, stuck to chasis, wired upto molex, tidy up cables, all neat like, refit side case panel with viewing window to computer insides, announces with fanfare to wife. "How do you like the blue cold cathode to go with the blue LEDs on the case fans, and oh,,,,disappointment. 1 light not working!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Antec 300 was looking pritty plain till i put these CCFL's in. They are REALLY bright, but they are a darker shade of blue than is shown on the picture, not sky blue. They are of good quality, havent let my down yet. I recomend this to anybody looking for such a produt. If you look around, you will find better prices, but with these you pay for quality.

These twin dual led light packs are decently made and they certainly work. Each cathode light tube is about 12" long [310mm] and together both draw around 3W when in use [thats about half the draw power of my 1.5Tb 'Green' Western Digital hard drive]. The lights cable clips to standard molex PSU connector via a snazzy connector block that allows to you to plug in one or both the tubes. Theres also a wired-in switch to switch all the cathode lights fitted either on or off. The light cables are long enough to reach just about anywhere in the PC case. However, despite fitting them to my CoolerMaster Mystique PC case with optional clear window side panel, I never switch the blue cathode lights on. They are simply far too bright for my taste. Worst still they highlight all the scratches, fingerprints and imperfections of the PCs clear plastic viewing panel making it look very naff.
My case already has a Coolermaster 12cm red LED fan fitted at the rear, and this illuminates the motherboard really well. In fact I need blue tack over a couple of the red LEDs to prevent them glaring into my eyes - the PC case/panel sits to the right of monitor on the desktop. Coupled with the array of blue LED lights built into my Abit IN9-32X-Max motherboard the effect is muted, but agreeable. These bright blue Akasa strip lights ruin that effect rather than enhance it. I did set them hidden and tucked into the metal base of the clear panel, because they are certainly too bright to stare at directly through the clear panel. I've tried covering the lights with rolls of paper to mute the light, but even the kids agree it's still not nice. I just wish they where far duller and shorter. So sadly a quality product, just not to my taste. Good value as well, so not a lot of money down the drain either. Perhaps if your PC case sits on the floor, your clear panel is blemish free [mine's brand new], you have no other lighting effects, or you just love bright PC mod lights, they might suite.

These lights are great quality and are nice and birght. not overly bright though. The wires are a little on the short side but they are sufficient for my pc case. Read more

great cathode
had no trouble with iot and its nice n bright have 2 in my pc case only thing is it does show up faults on the plastic window but that not its fault

very good quality
first of all i didnt actualy place them in my PC case they were for the footwell of the car. any way very good quality and quickly delivered plenty of light given off.
