How does Airfree work?
Airfree is the only technology that destroys allergens, mould spores, mildew, dust mite allergens, viruses, bacteria and pet dander. It works by drawing air into its patented incineration chamber where inside the tiny ducts of the ceramic core , up to 99.99% of micro-organisms are incinerated. Had my P125 since Oct 2007 invisibly and unheard cleaning the air, used constantly without trouble.
Cleans the air in the whole of my 1 bed flat, the thing I noticed first is the difference in smell of my flat when arriving home, days before the p125 my flat smelt of my pet, cooking and a hard to put a name to it but it just smelt, now it smells of nothing. This draws 50W an hour but well worth it. If it ever stopped working I would buy again.
I no longer have itchy eyes or coughs, which used to annoy me as I had no trouble with this during my day at work.
Found out this was down to a mould growth.
Fully recommended, even though the price is high.

There is one important thing you should do with this product and that is be patient. It is hard telling at first if it works but I had to move houses after having it in my room for nearly 2 month. When I moved to my new place there was a bit of a damp smell but after a week or so it disappeared and I never ever sneeze or cough in my room, it feels fresh. Now when I visit my parents I go into the room where I had this item in and you can tell the air isn't as fresh in there any more without it.
Had this item been not so so pricey I'd so recommend it for our office at work which seems always full of bacteria and people getting ill! shame it's so expensive. With that said, it is definitely good to invest in one for health reasons and just having a fresher home.

We suffer from asthma at home and used to live in a city on a busy road right next to traffic lights. The Airfree air sterilizer improved the air quality dramatically and the peak flow measures showed an improvement too. Best of it is the low maintenance: low energy consumption and no filters to clean.

Surprisingly good BUT...
I bought this product as I'd tried everything else and our bedroom still smelled of mould. After a week the smell is greatly reduced. The air feels cleaner. Read more
