This book is an absolute must have for anyone looking to, or currently studying for LAE status. The book is highly informative and serves as an accurate reference for a vast majority of instruments. Chapters are laid out in a logical manner and self study questions ensure that the student can accurately guage his progress. There are many extracts and diagrams from CMMs and a wide variety of vendors are covered including Honeywell, Rockwell Collins and Delco. The book takes the student from the basics of aircraft instruments, covers CRT theory and continues to build towards a thorough understanding of Instruments and Integrated systems.
