I thought the book was excellent, it provided easy to follow pictures for not only techniques, but also for etiquette. It also contained each Koryu-No-Kata technique on a separate page, which is very unique. Each technique was easy to follow, with step by step pictures as well as detailed explanations. As there are not many books out there on this subject, I believe that this is a must for every student of Kenji Tomiki's system and those people who are curious about aikido in general. Furthermore, there was a great section on the history of aikido which was very informative.

This is a superb book detailing all the moves in the Tomiki style of Aikido. Complete with detailed pictures of each move and stance. Recommended for newcomers and accomplished exponents of the Martial Arts.

I found this book to be very imformative and helpful. Being fairly new to Tomiki i was a little unsure of correct posture and all of the different moves. This book talks you through each stage with the detailed pictures and description it is a real must for all tomiki aikido students.
