As I have a thing called ''Raynauds disease'' which means I have bad circulation I bought this product as it had good reviews from most people. However, I should have took heed of the negative reviews, because as far as I can make out after trying the product out, I would be better putting on another pair of socks. The massage part works all right, but is more of a vibration, which gives my feet a numb/tingling/uncomfortable feeling, so I don't use it. The boot itself holds a certain amount of heat, but no more than thermal socks. If your feet are warm going into the boot, they stay warm for a little while, but once the cool down the heat element doesn't really do a lot to heat them up. Only for the hassle at this time of year, I would send it back.
