I so often go back to Aga Easy as I love the way the recipes are laid out, they tell you whether or not you can freeze them and what parts of the recipe you can make in advance which I love as it means you can get organised and not have too much to do at the last minute. My copy is getting rather messy as I use it so much! Brilliant.

This book is amazing! it has modern and traditional recipe's that are absolutely gorgeous and explain precisely what to do and at what time, very useful for me as a beginner!

The title of this book is spot on. It's easy. But that's not to say the recipes are devoid of sophistication. It makes me look good and I'm a complete dunce in the kitchen!

Although the recipes are easy, this is virtually just another cookery book - very few recipes were specific to the Aga, in fact, some didn't use the Aga at all! Read more
