Lovely book - really good recipes - not the standard run of the mill regurgitated repeats but some original recipes with good photography. My only beef is that this is the exact same book published by Marks and Spencer (also called Afternoon Tea) - same pics, recipes - EVERYTHING it's a page for page, photo for photo reprint of the Australian Womans Weekly book but with different front cover. I already had the M&S book and wouldn't have bothered purchasing had I known thisas there was nothing to indicate this was a duplicate. It really irritates me when publishers are this greedy with no thought for those purchasing - 4 stars for conning me.

I love the lay out & photography, it really sets the scene & draws you in. Handy measurements/equivalent reference guide in the back. Some great recipes. I absolutely love this book. A must for anyone wanting to impress with your bakery skills & an inspiration to re-introduce Afternoon tea. Just lovely to look & drool over, makes you happy just looking through the pages.

I love the style of this book. It is gorgeous, even if you try the recipes, you'll love just having a look at it. Actually, I haven't tried any recipe yet, but they seem really easy.
Also it is very well structured and they have a visual glossary of teas and ingredients that is wonderful.
