I stumbled upon boysetsfire whilst looking for another cd many times eventually i listened to this. Right from the shop it struck me as a great album with strong anthems such as Rookie tied in with great songs such as "My life in the knife trade". Anybody outthere unsure about what do buy for their own birthday present this year i assure you this album is god's gift to the music world. Their is only one thing left to say , buy it. If you liked this you'd love -Boyhitscar (st) and Smashing pumpkins -any album they are all good!!!

When I first heard Boy Sets Fire I was 15, they were still amazing even then. I have moved to become more mature in my tastes, keeping Boy Sets Fire close to my heart. This album is sure to please, with it's immediate back stabbing hardcore and it's emotional and even thought provoking tunes. 'When Rhetoric dies' is my favourite on this album, as it never seizes to put a smile on my face. Without a doubt, on what grounds you believe, or on what music you believe in, this album must be in your collection.

the BEST emo/hardcore cd ever. better that grade or small brown bike, better than anything. best song is my life in the knife trade which will make you want to cry. rookie with its amazing guitar lines and chorus is also amazing as is after the eulogy. and they are amazing live. supoirb.
