With a lot of choice out there in the compilation market this is the first of two After Hours compliations by Richard Searling and a worthy purchase.
Inner sleeve notes are good and informative, and sound quality good.
It opens up with Alice Clark's You hit me (right where it hurt me), followed by a superb Ike and Tina Turner track- Somebody (somwhere) loves you, absolute magic.
The third track David and Rubin-I love her so much, is one of those tracks that don't stand out at the time, its when your stood at a bus stop and can't stop singing it, or get it out of your head. Other highlights for me include Barbara Lewis, Larry Laster, Deon Jackson, this is mainly an uptempo disc which keeps you moving along.
Id say 5 not so good tracks and out of 24 thats not bad, all in all worth the money.
