I have all 4 series of After Henry, a charming programme which the whole family, of all ages, can enjoy. Fine acting from all the cast with gentle and subtle humour.

I always enjoyed this cosy domestic comedy, but I'd like to set the record straight regarding the fact that there are only seven episodes; the wonderful Joan Sanderson died during the filming of this - the fourth - series. There were a lot more prepared but were sadly not filmed. We'll all miss Joan - she was a wonderful comic actress, and is much missed.

We have enjoyed the series 1 to 3 but found the 4th a little disappointing, not only in the number of episodes but in the content.
It looked as if it had run its course, as I don't think there could be any more that could be gained by another series.
Not in the same league as Fawlty Towers which will definitely be a classic for many years to come. Hence the 3 stars.
