Very effective training

I went through most of this training and have nothing but good things to say about it. Chad is an excellent instructor. His explanations are very clear, and he chooses topics that are relevant. I'm in the middle of working on a short film that requires a lot of effects and motion graphics, and taking this course has given me just enough to get by and create some (dare I say) pretty impressive stuff.
I find training like this much more effective than doing it in a book because, let's face it, the topic is extremely visual. You can see what the effects look like, how to do them, and what possibilities they may have for your particular project. It's also very well organized. If you are in a hurry to learn one particular thing (like I was) and need to learn that in a hurry, they have a nice menu you just pick from. It's also very professionally put together.
If you want a crash course in After Effects, I definitely think this is a good way to go.
