Format:DVD
well, basically this is the same as the VHS, a few videos and a lot of entertaining footage, including a lot of guest appearences from Pantera, but it also includes the video for Everything Dies, a bit more footage and of course all that a DVD can offer more than a VHS: Surround sound, Image galleries, etc. I really enjoyed it, gives you a taste about what's really going on in the band. buy it!

Format:DVD
I originally had this on video and loved it, but decided to upgrade to DVD for the extras and commentary. These were all more than fine, especially the hilarious band biographies written by Kenny Hickey. (For an example of Type O's unique brand of humour, see the T-shirt slogan above.)
That said, I found that compared to the video the sound quality of the DVD edition was poor in places (specifically, on the sections featuring interviews with the band members - there was no problem with the music videos).
Thinking about it, the way the chapters were broken up was bit strange. It would have been nice to have been able to select the music promos individually, with other chapters in between, but this is a minor quibble.
For fans of the band, the video version was a four or even five-star offering, but I'm afraid the DVD only merits three.

Format:VHS Tape
This video kicks ass from bottom to top. It features the Videos for Black no. 1, Christian Woman, My Girlfriend's Girlfriend, Love You to Death, Cinnamon Girl and Christian Woman video edit PLUS tons of band footage, behind the scenes, a bit Live, and the band footage is really funny. also features guest appearences by some of the best Metal Bands around, including a long appearence by Pantera frontman Phil Anselmo. This kicks ass. buy this, and buy it now, damnit!

Great band, so-so DVD
