this stuff works brilliantly. I had multiple midge bites in a matter of 20 minutes or so on the neck ,ears ,cheeks and arms.A dab of the end of the penlike applicator was sufficient to give relief within 2 to 3 minutes, You would have to be very careful around the face and not use on faces of children.
The stuff dries very fast and the strong ammonia smell dissipates reasonably fast, If you have ever been bitten by midges you will know how painful they can be, this item fits easily in a pocket and lasts for ages.

also works for weaver fish stings - they should add that to the description. Weaver fish sting is extremely painful. I was on an isolated beach, limited amount of hot water in a flask helped a bit. took 4 painkillers but still felt poison racing up my arm (sting was on my hand). Then I remembered the After Bite in my bag and as soon as I applied the After Bite to Weaver Fish sting, the poison pain stopped.

We've been using After Bite for some years now, we go over to Corfu every year for a couple of weeks and this stuff is essential, the idea is as soon as you feel the little blighters have a nip then whack After Bite on immediately,just a couple of drops and it takes the intial sting away and also stops swelling, it also works on wasp stings as I found out. It comes in a small dropper type bottle and fits nicely into a pocket or purse. We also use it over here in the UK as well.
After Bite is NOT an insect repellent and if going to places with high mozzie counts then an insect repellent is a must, After Bite is for treatment of bites and stings and works very well, After Bite is an ammonia based treatment and is a little smelly, it must not be used on broken skin.

Smelly but works
