I'd heard a lot about the effects of mango and since this one claims to also help cholesterol and lose size in the thighs I decided to give this one a try. Maybe the other mango meds are better. I've been using these for a week now and I can't say I feel better, I actually feel more bloated and have gained two lbs. I'm not feeling more energetic as so many reviews claim on other sites and I don't feel as if these are curbing my appetite. I'm glad I only bought one months worth because for me it was a complete waste of money.

i bought this product as i wanted to lose weight for summer. its been awful. my eating habits have become terrible and i've actually GAINED weight. although my energy levels have improved i think its due to the fact a dose has the same amount of caffine as 3 cups of coffee. i thought it would help my self esteem and help me shift the winter weight but its been rubbish! a complete waste of money and an insult to users! please please please DON'T waste your money!!!!
