Dersperate times call for desperate measures, this book changed my whole outlook on my hair. After a bad experience with a hairdresser which left my hair overprocessed (chunks of my hair were partically falling out) i decided to take matters into my own hands and learn how to look after my OWN hair.
This book is full of infomation,i learnt how to style my hair and look after the stlyes i chose. It also gives you tips on what ingredients to look out for in hair products, ideal for black women like me who have a whole dressing table of hair products, and are unsure of which ones to use.
It also has a section on how to care for your skin.
Overall, a brillant book, i can gladly say my hair is going back strong and healthy and i wont EVER let a hairdressor touch my hair again.
