5.0 out of 5 stars Finally a great live experience on DVD! 30 May 2009
I'm a huge Aerosmith Fan. I saw them live and I bought the "You gotta move" DVD/CD, which was terrible!
On YGM they had great picture quality and DD5.1 sound - but they had so many interviews between the songs and even sometimes in the songs that the DVD was really frustrating ...
So, here you get the real deal! The picture was OK - sadly non anamorphic, but still widescreen on our 42''LCD. More important is the sound and the 2.0 Stereo was really cool. On our Pioneer Reciever it gave me the impression of a true 2.0 Dolby Surround and the room transformed into a blasting rock arena!!!
The song selection is great. You get more than from the YGM DVD, Living on the edge for example!
No extras, but still it is the sound and the setting what really counts, isn't it?
So, if you are a fan and can get this DVD for a reasonable price ... BUY IT!!!

I was a bit unsure on buying this dvd because it was an unofficial release but im glad I did because it's a far better concert then You Gotta Move dvd. The concert was filmed at Tokyo Stadium in 2002 and the track listing is fantastic which is as follows:

1. Back In The Saddle
2. Love In An Elevator
3. Just Push Play
4. Jaded
5. Mama Kin
6. Pink
7. Girls Of Summer
8. Stop Messin' Around
9. Dream On
10. Draw The Line
11. I Don't Want To Miss A Thing
12. Cryin'
13. Walk This Way
14. Sweet Emotion
15. Theme From Spider Man
16. What It Takes
17. Livin' On The Edge
18. Train Kept A Rollin' ( with B'Z a Japanese rock band )

I think most Aerosmith fans will agree that the songs for this concert are a very good selection indeed. Steve Tyler and Joe Perry also known as the toxic twins are on fine form as is the rest of the band. If you are a huge fan of Aerosmith like myself and want a brilliant concert of theirs on dvd then look no further and buy this.

5.0 out of 5 stars A fantastic Aerosmith concert 1 April 2013
By Richard
Format:DVD|Verified Purchase
As with most unofficial DVDs this DVD is just the concert of a show in Japan in 2002 during the Just Push Play era filmed quite probably for local television.

It's a strong 18 song setlist with a mixture of hits and some of the then newer songs including the rarely played Spiderman theme. The only big hit songs I would like to have seen are Rag Doll, Dude Looks Like A Lady and Amazing, but obviously they can't play everything!

Don't know if the other reviewer has poor eyesight or is just too big an Aerosmith fan to see what a bad quality picture this dvd has!? Right fom the start and all the way thru to the end i found the picture was pixelating and distracting which is a crying shame because other than the picture quality i really can't fault the dvd for anything else! Great band!great music and what looks like an amazing gig! Really is a shame!!
