It's 1986. It's at Rhonda's Workout. People are being killed. By someone with a pin. But not just any pin - an oversized comedy safety pin!
If you like your movies bad, and I mean REALLY bad, I cannot recommend Aerobicide enough. It is full of classic moments that are destined to be discussed by film studies students and film experts in the future. I can't imagine a future where people will not be deconstructing and analysing the destined-to-be-famous scenes from this film such as "the rake in the leg" and "the car roof that went 'phhhhrrrrrt'".
Of course, with Aerobicide being an underground classic, it's not available on Amazon.co.uk, which is just plain wrong.
But in time people will realise, and it will be re-released.
So prepare yourself, friends.

Eighties horror at it's best!!!

This movie is the definition of 80's jiggley, low budget horror. Not only does it have an original soundtrack, with hits like "Aerobicide", it has all the sweatbands, leotards and unnecessary camera angles you will ever see on one screen. With a completely unexpected ending, this is a film you can't miss!!!

A 'Killer' Guilty Pleasure

Killer Workout is a late 80's slasher movie that's so bad it's good. There aren't many movies that I would call "so bad it's good", but this is one of them. This is by no means a great movie. There's pretty much zero character development and most of the deaths scenes are either really dark or occur offscreen. However, there's so much cheese contained in this movie that all is forgiven.
If you're a fan of cheesy direct-to-video slasher movies like Slumber Party Massacre 2, Sleepaway Camp 2, and Cheerleader Camp, then you should give Killer Workout a watch if you can find it.

Ok guys and horror fans, I love Linea Quigley just as much as the next guy. But please, please, please....skip this one. Don't rent it, if it's on TV, change the channel. It's not worth even five minutes....seriously....it isn't. :(
