Reviewers on this item should have gone to specsavers, it clearly shows only one adapter. I sent for this item from digiflex and received it very quickly, it is well made and a very reasonable price, and was well packed. P.S. Excellent 5 star seller & product.

Good for the money
Surprisingly, there seems to be no interference with this adapter which I didn't expect for the price. It does what it says it does so I can't complain.
