Gives clear coverage of everything that I need to know. I liked the logical order in which the subject was ordered. Explanations are very good. I feel that I now know the subject and feel confident with the subject. An excellent book.

The Small Business Guide to the Internet: A Practical Guide to Going Online is the only book I've read that gives the a list of practical marketing ideas a business should use if it is to be successful online.
