Clearly written and immediately usable
I received this book today and started reading it at once and have been loath to put it down. The basic EFT technique is covered simply and clearly at the start of the book. Read more

Great read, very helpful
Really easy to read unlike some energy therapy books and USEFUL. Straight to the point. Enjoyed the case histories and it answered all my questions.

Excellent Introduction
This book is an excellent introduction to EFT and the applications of EFT. If you want to know the basics this is a good place to start!
