An omnibus edition of the trials and tribulations of six cousins who are forced to share life on a country farm, how they learn to adapt their lives to suit one another, and the scrapes and adventures they have together.

SIX COUSINS AT MISTLETOE FARM: Melisande, Cyril and Roderick are forced to live with their cousins at Misletoe Farm after losing their home in a fire, but find it difficult to get on. They are town-bred and not used to country ways whilst, Jane, Jack and Susan are country born and bred, and the sparks soon begin to fly!

SIX COUSINS AGAIN: After spending eight months at Mistletoe Farm with their three cousins, Melisande, Cyril and Roderick are excited to learn that they are to move to modern Holly Farm. But they get more than they bargained for with poachers, thieves and sick animals.

My 9 year old son has an insatiable appetite for all books but this one (2 books in one) instantly became his favourite. He was gripped by the adventures of the six and loves the 'world' in which they live, built around life on a farm. The characters were very real and Luca loved the way that their frienships developed their personalities. He has recommended it to his school friends including girls. Both stories are substantial and ideal for avid young readers particularly it seems between the ages of 9 and 11. As a 'two books in one' it's also excellant value.
